We wish to introduce ourselves that we RAMA UDYOG are a leading manufacturer & supplier of POP (Plaster of Paris) since 1994. The unit is located at plot no. C-37 RIICO Industrial Area,Phase-1,Hanumangarh Jn.(Rajasthan). The lease agreement has been executed in the name of the Rama Udyog Proprietor Gouri Shankar Garg. The manufacturing activities relating to the manufacture of POP has been started ever since 1994.

Company has Certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) for ISI mark with CM/L No. 0002501638 (IS 2547 (Part1):1976.

Company has an ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

RAW  MATERIAL :

The natural mine Gypsum is our only major raw material in the manufacturing of Plaster of Paris (POP) powder. Besides it is also commonly used in fertilizer, paint-filler, cement, board and ornamental stone, sheet rock (wall board) etc.

FINISHED  GOODS :

The Plaster of Paris (POP) powder  which is manufactured by natural Gypsum & high purity selenite Gypsum. It is manufactured in an automatic & continuous flow under controlled temperature.

USAGE OF POP :

Industries of ceramics (potteries), Sanitary, Crockery, Toys, Statue, Paint, Electrical Insulator, Bandage, Jewelry, Mould, in building interior designs, Wall plaster, Ceiling Plaster, School Chalk etc.

PACKING :

Easy lifting POP air tight bags supplied in 20 Kg. and 30 Kg. packaging in HDPE bags (laminated bags and within liner) and P.P. Bags (HDPE lamination on paper and within liner) or as per special packing instruction by customers. Each bag is marked with the date of manufacturing, Lot No. and No. of batch. The bag should be handled with care.

Note: This is no expiry of the material whereas, bags may got damaged by passing of time. It has self life of 3 months, consignment should be used in strict rotation.
